I just got a buttload of coupons for their "new" brand Up & Up so I wondered what's good and what sucks. The only thing we use right now is the lactose sensitive formula. Oh and gas drops, ibuprofin, etc.
I used to buy the Target brand wipes that come in a box of 9. Now they only have the Up & Up wipes. They are more expensive, come in the same box and now only have 8 packs in them.
We use the Up & Up brand of paper plates, paper towels, napkins and the dried fruit pieces that are like the Gerber Graduates. We eat a lot of their Market Pantry brand of food as well (cereal, bread, jam/jelly, garlic cheese toast, shredded cheese, milk, applesauce, pasta, chickadees crackers, fruit snacks, etc.)

I just got those coupons too. On a regular basis we use the baby wipes. They are by far my favorite. besides that, I usually buy the "cheap stuff" anyways, so I'll definitely be trying out several of those products that the coupons are for esp. the toilet paper and paper towel.
(Also--I found the up and up brand puffs were like .87 per container. But I think the prices for those might have gone up. I'm super cheap, and would much rather pay .87 than 2.00 for the Gerber ones. But I didn't see any of those coupons for the puffs from what I remember).
Re: What Target brand items do you buy?
baby wipes
face cleanser
tissues
allergy stuff
vitamins
contact solution
laundry detergent (dreft)
I love that store

I buy the drop-ins also.
