sore abdomen?

I noticed today that my lower tummy is sore when I pressed on it/palpate it....it's not unbearable, just noticeable....

is this a concern? I know I have paratubal cysts but they have never bothered me before...

i am worried about the possibility of endo and I know a lap is the only way to tell - but my acu said they normally reserve laps for people that have signs/symptoms of endo and I don't have the painful periods/intercourse etc...

plus would an RE always do a lap before IVF? or would they just skip it? My RE seemed to think a lap was generally for people who did not want to do IVF....

My endo pain occurs during my period only. But I don't know if that is just me. Maybe bring this up at your ultrasound.

My RE thinks I have endo but we opted to skip the lap thinking IUI would work. Now here we are on our 2nd IVF

I was doing it to avoid surgery and now I've had two other surgeries and still no lap. I also didn't like the fact that they could do it, find endo and remove it and then it could just grow right back. I was in such a hurry to move on I wanted to get aggressive fast and not waste the time. Looking back though I probably should have done it, but oh well!

BTW, I have NO symtpoms, but through my IF procedures and surgeries my RE and OBGYN both said they are pretty sure I have it. My HSG did show a blocked tube so that was the first indicator.

It's something you should discuss with your RE and discuss your options with you DH and do what is best for you.
