OMGah...I just made the BEST beef stew evah!

Someone hold me! I never thought, in eleventy billion years, it would come out as good as it did.

The only things I weaked was I used 1/2 the orange zest called for (per the recs in the comments), I used sliced onion and I added fresh green beans.

This was pants down the best beef stew I have ever had. When I open my restaurant this will be my stew.

Did you use a "heavy bottom" pan, or just a regular sauce pan or spaghetti pot?
