I TOTALLY judge moms and dads who....

are parade freaks...the ones who are out picking up the candy thats thrown with their kids...cutting off other kids, and running in front of the "space" that other people are sitting at.

No kidding...this woman this morning had like 5 kids, and she came from no where and parked herself right in front of my kids....she got more candy herself then my kids got combined and was SOOOOO freaking obnoxious.

For the love of God, Audrey has a freaking cast, and was practically crawling around trying to get a few pieces and the lady snatched one that Audrey was inches away from getting....no kidding....she "stole" a freaking tootsie roll from my daughter.  I started talking loud to my SIL and giving the lady the evil eye and she finally calmed down and sat for the last half of the parade...but seriously, I wanted to punch her before that!

Honestly, for my kids, they won't eat half of it anyways, so that isn't what bugs me..They would have been fine with all they got..its just the fact that the fun of the parade is getting the candy and this lady and her 5 snot nosed and bratty kids made it miserable for my kiddos.

  • Wow. I probably would have "accidentally" stepped on her hand while she was crawling around for candy.

  • me too.  i work hard to restrain myself from grabbing my favorite candies and i expect other adults to do the same.

man...it can be hard to forgo those tootsie rolls ;)

  • You are nicer than I because I would've said something directly to her. Ridiculous.
  • I would have had a very difficult time not saying something about her rudeness.  ESPECIALLY with my daughter in a cast.  Sometimes people have no clue.

  • Anything like that bugs me.  When we are at an event and bigger kids push my kids or get in front of them.  I can't stand when the parents don't say something.  For a parent to being doing something like that is beyond rude and obnoxious.
