Update to Jessica Seinfeld's cookbook: Mmmm!

So, this AM I made the egg puff things. Delish!!!! DH was like, "OMG, you could sell these!"

And I also made the peanut butter carrot muffins. Really yummy! I would use chunky PB next time, for sure, and maybe add in some oatmeal.
