So I think we decided on a first name, but the middle name is giving us some problems.  Which do you guys like better?  Or if there is something else you like better leave that too.

I like Kay better, only because it seems like a million and one people have/give the middle name Marie, so it almost seems like a filler to me.  But I do like Kay...

I like Kay as a middle name, and I think it goes well with Lillian.

I am not a fan of Marie as a middle name.  I agree with EmmaBrooke that it seems like a filler middle name.

I think Lillian Marie flows better. However, Marie will always seem like the name that people use when they can't come up with something else. I like the suggestions of Lillian Claire. What about Lillian Rose?

We thought about Lillian Rose, but we want to call her Lily, and thought that Lily Rose did not work at all.
