FB status updates are killing me!

Seriously, is everyone I know on Facebook pregnant?!   I know it is a site I choose to go on, and I know everyone has the right to say whatever they want. I'm trying to deal and just not let it bother me, but sometimes it just gets the best of me!

This is  the update that started this... don't read any further if you are having "one of those days", ladies.

 

XXXXXXX is ready to announce to the FB world...I'm pregnant!! That's right...knocked up, with child, preggo, expecing, in the family way, waiting for the stork, got a bun in the oven...however you want to put it, that's me!!!

I hate Facebook. Ugh..I saw a status update last night.from someone that has changed her relationship status a million times back and forth from "its complicated" to "single". She is now single so I have no idea who the father is. Would that be an innapropriate question to ask her?

Ugggh, I know what you mean. Yesterday I a got status update "IT"S A GIRL, We're having a GIRL!" Meanwhile, this lady has a 7 month old son. Sometimes I boycott facebook.

I totally agree!  I'm thinking I'll just have to stay away for a while...my 3 pregnant SILs keep posting belly pictures and their latest cravings.  It's annoying because I feel like they all think their the ONLY ones who have been knocked up before.  So, when the time comes for me.....I will not be posting hourly updates on facebook!

I know exactly how you feel!! There are definitely a couple friends who I had to "hide" for that same reason, except their status still comes up when I look on my phone! I especially love the ones where they are complaining about being pregnant/fat/sick etc.

Oh yeah, or how they are SO READY to have the baby alrready. BLECCCHHH.

If we ever have success, I will never post it or anything about it on FB!

I had a "friend" post the other day..."Can anyone tell me what two positive pregnancy tests means?"  She then proceeded to post a few days later..."It's official, I don't have chlamydia, isn't that something they should've checked before I got pregnant?"

I try to avoid FB as much as possible for that reason.  Makes me feel like I?m the only person I know who doesn?t have kids.
