So, here are my top girl favs...(no clue why they are all E names)

Elise Rhianne (DH's mn is Ryan)

Evangeline Kate (Kate after my mom, nn Evie)

Emilia Kate (nn Mila)

Last name starts with B and is one syllable. TIA!

I have my doubts with that too, but I just LOVE it. I think that written they are too close, but spoken it doesn't bother me as much.

I always thought I despised nicknames too, but I can't see me giving a child the name Evie as a formal name : ) But I also know that I would not say Evangeline all the time. I catch myself shortening the boys' names and they aren't even long. LOL.

And I'm the opposite of Sumner - I loathe nickname names as names. It bugs me so much. I think everyone should have a formal name. Silly pet peeve I guess.

My SIL's name is Jenny. Just Jenny. I think it's so strange.

Definitely Evangeline Kate! I'm obviously partial to Evangeline and if I didn't want to use all Chinese middle names we would have used the middle name Kate. I think it's beautiful.

Evangeline Kate reminds me of Evangeline Lilly, who plays the character Kate on LOST.

I, of course, choose Emilia. Beautiful name for beautiful girls

Elise Rhianne is beautiful. I also like Emilia Rhianne (not one of your choices, I know, but I still think it's pretty).

I agree with the PP that Evangeline Kate reminds me of Evangeline Lily - who plays a character named Kate on LOST.

I love the name Evangeline. ?I know a little girl with that name, and she goes by the whole name. ?It's no more of a mouthful than Elizabeth, and plenty of people use that name without shortening it. ?I do like Evie as a nn, though.

They are all so pretty! Elise was one of my top names for a girl. Evangeline is a name that I love too but DH would never go for. Hmm... I vote for Elise Rhianne but you can't go wrong with this list, IMO. GL!
