After you read the OP, look at the very first response. I know how the OP feels since we lost someone during my first two pregnancies (my MIL with my first, and DH's uncle with my second) and it is so hard. I still have this weird fear that it will happen again this time. I just don't get being an _asshole for the sake of being an _asshole.

Maybe this bugs me so much because I've been there, maybe it's my horomones, but if I could'ce smacked her through the computer, I would have.  Some days she can be funny, but other times I wonder what is wrong with her.

I've been there too.  It is horrible and I just read the OP from your link.  It is awful to be trying to grieve and be pg.  My mom died unexpectedly on 11/4/2005.  I gave her Eulogy on 11/7/2005.  I delivered my dd on 11/25/2005.  Every year, it November is a bittersweet month.  My dad also had cancer during that time and had surgery just 6 wks before my mother died.  It wasn't easy and I hope that OP gets some support.

sorry for your loss and the OPs loss. so rough... my grandmother who I was close to just passed 2wks ago tomorrow.. it's so hard to imagine my kids not growing up with her as she was so important to me.  and then it makes me think of my parents and ILs health... and worrying.   so sad.   It's too bad people are so detached from reality that they think it's better to correct writing than console a person.

I've seen the snarky poster on the third tri board (and on second). Something else is right.

 My Grandmother is dying of brain cancer right now. Its so hard, especially being pregnant. It just makes me even more sad to think that she might not meet this baby.
