DD says boo boo when I change her diaper

She points to her "frontal area" not her vagina or anything specific and says boo boo. She squirms when I try to wipe that area as well. I don't see anything red, no cuts, nothing suspicious. She is in a boo boo phase and points out every mark on her or our bodies. Do I chalk it up to her not wanting to be wiped or a boo boo phase? Should I have her seen by the pediatrician? I would hate to ignore it and have something be wrong.

Sometimes now that dd wipes herself, she will have some redness in between where it is hard to see.  I usually soak her in baking soda and she stops complaining.  But it is on the inner edges and must be hard when she wipes herself to clean.
