...set my kitchen on fire yesterday, I was putting DD to bed and I heard what sounded like the world's biggest bee buzzing in her room.  I rolled up the shade on her window, and there, on the INSIDE of the screen was a hummingbird.  I think it must have flown in the house while the firemen were here--when I got home, they were in my house with the door wide open.

So anyway, please tell it's some little known sign of good luck to have a hummingbird in your house.  'Cause I could really use some.  (My dad was moved back to ICU today and they have induced a coma again and have him back on life support.)
