haha..it was just a few seconds and it wasn't uncomfortable during at all...

Maybe I'm just spreading more and it happened to coincide?..lol

I don't get internals so I can't really relate, but my friend had one earlier this week and has been having bleeding ever since.

Same thing happened to me! Also ended up having cramping and contractions for the next 24hours. Lots of fun

I had my third internal today... doesn't ever hurt during, but the cramping for a few hours after sort of sucks.

Are you progressing at all? Maybe that is what is making you feel that way?

Were you tense?  I had one yesterday and feel completely fine... but my midwife is very gentle and all I felt was a lot of pressure, but no real pain.

i had my first one today and it was very noninvasive.  i expected to feel a lot more violation, but really it wasn't anything.  i must have had a gentle doc!  thank god i'm seeing her again next week!
