PIP:I jumped on the tutu bandwagon

I haven't been on here much at all in the last couple of months, but I have seen people making tutus.  I made one for my DD to wear to her birthday party and one for my 9 month old niece.  I made them with a ribbon waist band rather than elastic, though:
