Hmm, I don't know.  This  is  from Monday and it says the same thing cnn.com is reporting now.  MAybe today's announcement is more official?

I thought they were supposed to be releasing the official CAUSE of death today.... not just that it's ruled a homicide (which I, too, heard on Monday).
