Where to get rain gear for 2 yo boy?

I need to get my two-year-old some rain boots, a rain jacket, and a rain hat.  Where's a good place to get them?  Thanks!

Target has some Small Paul ones that are marked down right now. They have jackets, hats, and umbrellas that all match. I don't think they have matching boots, but they have rain boots in the shoe section.

I love DD's L.L. Bean raingear (jacket and pants).  I also have a wide-brim rain hat for her from REI (it's an XS adult size, but works fine).

I ordered rain pants and a rain coat from LL Bean. I was going to order him Bogs or Keen rain boots too but I am waiting to see if his Sorels will be sufficient. The problem w/ all of those rain boots you see everywhere (ds has a pair) is that they are not easy to run around in. He seems to trip and fall a lot but on the other hand, the Keens and Bogs are kind of pricey.
