House vibes, please
There's a house 1 street over from my parents that has been on the market forever. It's a cute Cape with a HUGE backyard, perfect for my phantom children. It needs some updates but most of the places in our price range do & at least this one isn't in the ghetto.
A woman who works in another dept here @ my work lives next door & just e-mailed me with the listing showing they dropped the price by $20k! OMG I am so excited! We're going to the open house tonight (again) & talking to the bank tomorrow. Maybe this will be the month we get both a house & a BFP?!?!? A girl can dream...
