Would you go cold turkey

in Toddlers: 24 Months+

DD can use the potty, when she wants, for about 1/2 the day.  Rarely has accidents, but last night she pooped on my floor for some reason.  Angry She/we seem to lose interest by the end of the day and she never seems ot use the potty again after her nap. 

I was thinking of just ditching diapers altogether next weekend and having her use the potty all day.  Do you think she's ready?

    Yes, I would go cold turkey in your situation.  Try to find something that will help keep her interested in using the potty in the afternoon.  We used a sticker chart with DS and he loved it!  Be consistent with whatever you do.

    I forget...how is is DC? We did that with DS1, but not until he turned 3. Good luck!

    She turned 2 in June.  I tried it with DS too and he wasn't ready until after 3 y/o.  DD has been using the potty on and off for a couple months already, though.  DS showed much less interest.
