Cute! I bet she's excited enough without the fish. That's nice that it adds sort of a night light to the room.

She hasn't seen it yet.  We have it in the corner on the kitchen counter right now.  I want her to see the whole thing all together with the fish when we unveil it in her room!

I REALLY want to get M some fish!  She is obsessed with them.  I am just worried that our cats will eat them.

My grandpa has a Betta fish in a glass vase-looking thing with a bunch of live bamboo in it so the cat can't get at the fish. Just a thought.

We have 2 cats.  I liked this aquarium because it has a cover on the top so the cats can't get to them.  It's also going to be in DD's bedroom and her door is closed most of them because they have a tendency of sleeping on her bed.
