Abbreviation List

I've been around for awhile and know most of them, but every now and then I wish I had the list of abbreviations 'cause I get confused. Oh, and every time someone posts about being back from the ER, I'm always worried for a sec, then I rememeber egg retrieval, not emergency room. :-)

So, anyone got the list?

It's not all of them but it helps quite a bit. Also I have found if you just ask people will tell you the ones you can't find or figure out.
