Help-Interview Follow Up

I had a really strange interview today for that 1 day a week job I posted about yesterday. I didn't even get a card or anything from the woman. How can I even sent a follow up thank you? Should I call and get her full name and email? She didn't even give me her full name. Ack. I don't 100% love the job, but I feel like I should send something. What do I do?

    If you want to send an email, I would call the person who arranged the interview and ask for their address or email. I had to do that and it was fine. I actually just emailed the people because the process was moving so quickly that I needed to make sure they got my note immediately and it wouldn't be delayed in the mail.
