DD surprised us

Yesterday we went out for lunch, and when our drinks came, DD took the straw out of my hands (which I didn't even notice, DH and I were looking at the menu) and she took the paper off the straw and stuck it in her drink( it had a lid).  DH and I looked at each other in such aw.  We couldn't believe she did that all by herself.  We gave her a high five and told her she was such a big girl.  I literally almost cried.

she is such a big girl! i remember her seeing her use the fork and spoon eating her pancakes at mcd's, i was amazed.. ds still has trouble with that!!

aww, that is soo cute. My DS just eats straws...
