eczema - rec. a good hand soap

DS's eczema is getting so bad and I don't think the liquid hand soaps he's using at school/home/in stores is helping.

Any recommendations on a liquid hand soap that doesn't bother your child's sensitive skin??

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is the only liquid soap DD can use on her sensitive skin. We also use the Dove sensitive skin bar at home.

poor little guy!  S uses cethaphil sensitive or burt's bees sensitive skin body wash.
