I don't know that this will help, but I called my insurance company and they told me that custom and reasonable in my area is $150. I don't think that included all the codes that I would be billed for though. Personally, your best bet is to call billing at your local hospital and ask them. Also, from what I've been told if you tell them you are paying cash then you should get a discount of sorts.
My doctor said to plan on it being around 1200 before we set it up as we knew it was OOP. Just started getting back the bills/statements and so far its only added up to around $850.

The price on the bill I recieved was around $1700. However, between my insurance and copay they accepted about $900.
Talk to hospital or facility you'll be having it before, and you might be able to agree on a price before you go in.
