OPK...when to start

testing. my last cycle was 30 days. so when should i start testing. should i start around CD 10 or wait a few days. i dont wanna miss my surge. so ladies who are 30 days when do you start?? thanks :)

    my usual cycle is 28-31 and  usually start around day 10, but often don't O until 13-16. . .

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    On a 30 day cycle I start on CD10.  But I am on Clomid so I never know if it will move my O up or not.  If I wasn't on Clomid I'd start CD 12 or 13.  OPK's can be a bit tricky at first.  But once you get the hang of them and figure out how your body works, they are awesome!  I was able to time my IUI perfectly with them this cycle.  Good luck!

    Do you know about when you O? (What cycle day?)

    I always O'ed between CD 11-13 so usually starting testing day 8 as the OPK is supposed to indicated that you probably will O within the next 24-48 hours or so.

    no i dont know when i o. i probably should start temping but its hard as i dont get up the same time everyday. i have been checking out CM the past 2 cycles and its been bout cd14 or so
