Alright, so I know some of you are super moms and are way ahead on these things. But I was just starting to think about dd's b-day. Her bday is mid Oct. We are going to invite 3 other little kids in the area and thats pretty much it. Got any hot ideas for twos and october?
(All I can think right now is Oktoberfest which perhaps might not be my best idea
?

Re: Easy Low-key b-day ideas?
Are you looking for places to go or things to do/eat at a home party?
Places to go: pumpkin picking/petting zoo/hayride type of place would be so fun!
Or if you had them cone to your house, you could decorate pumpkins with those sticker face kits you can buy at hobby lobby.
My birthday is in Oct and I always loved having Halloween themed parties.
At home - decoate pumpkins, cookies and other art type projects. Make it a costume party. Honestly for this age, put them in a room with a bunch of toys and they will be happy as can be. You don't really need to plan much for them to do. I was just at friends 3 year old party and we made little necklaces, played with toys at the house and had dinner.
Going out and about - find a local farm and visit the animals, go to the local apple orchard and pick some apples, go on a hayride or pick some pumpkins. Fall is a great time to go out and so things.
