I have never seen a baby be born, but I HAVE NOW!  And hello?!  Is she not pushing?!!?!!?!?!?

    I was watching "THE DR'S" A week or so ago and they were saying its very normal for a woman to have an orgasm during childbirth. YEAH right!! I had a super easy drug free birth but it did not feel orgasmic!

    that's pretty cool. I admit I barely had to do any pushing w/my first BUT I had an epi.

    Yeah Fi made me watch YouTube they had an epi... not sure how to spell it, but where they cut you to help the baby come on out. Lord have mercy now I know why he looked like he was gonna pass out. It did not hurt at all and I was a drug free mommy, but gosh it looks BAD!!!

    Neat birth.

    I know a few free-birthers.  NMS.  If I ever have a HB I want 2 midwives there.  Although, it is encouraging to see a birth like that.  If we ever find ourselves in a situation where no pros are available, if we stay calm nature can indeed take over.

    My prenatal instructor had an orgasmic birth the first time around.  She didn't get so lucky with her second child, though.  

    Supposedly it is more common than we know.  It's not something that people talk about.  I wouldn't mind having a birth like that, lol!

    I didn't have to push with my 2nd and 3rd, but, orgasm??  Um, no......more like this horrific, involuntary spasm of my entire insides forcing them out against my will. 

    I guess it's better than the 2.5hrs I pushed with DD1, but still.....the scratching that is done to parts that shouldn't be scratched when a baby just flies out...not cool.

    but you know what i don't get?  women have been doing this exact thing for years right?  way before all the meds and hospitals, didn't they just drop the babies in the field and go back to picking cotton?  lol!
