Tingling lips?

Has anyone ever experienced this or heard of it? Google is just freaking me out... that it could be a precursor to Bell's Palsy, or you know, I'm going to die. I don't think it's a food allergy issue since I eat pretty much the same thing every day and just had leftover dinner for lunch.

Anyone?

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE! Lol... my H teases me that I have Inevitable Death Syndrome every time I complain about something like this.
  • I've gotten this on and off (rarely) for years now.  Tingling lips & also tingling arms (hands up to forearms).  I asked my doctor about it a few times & he started treating me like they were panic attacks!  I was not panicking so I ignored that.  Lol.  Another one said hypoglycemia.  That was crap too.  So then I later asked an endicronologist if it was diabetes.  He said no.  So really it appears that they must think I'm making this up.  Ha ha.

What I can tell you is this happened to me alot when I was lacking sleep and am under some stress but I noticed when I took my vitamins, ate well, drank enough water, & rested it's not an issue.

    Hope this helps a little.
