Neighbors just had a baby on Friday. I like the idea of cooking them dinner and taking it over when we go to visit the baby. Any ideas?
I was thinking of lasagna but I am open to other ideas as well. Something easy...it's hard to find time to cook with a 21 month old hanging on my legs. ![]()

chili
eggplant rollatini
