Lactation Cookies?

Anyone tried these? They have flax and brewers yeast. Other than that, they look like a basic cookie recipe. I am wondering if they really do increase your milk supply or if it is just an old wives tale....

beer does it for me. I have experimented and in fact it is magical.

my lc said to have a beer every night, and while I do not, (I also don't have a supply problem,) when I DO have one, the next day my supply is noticeably greater.

 I lke newcastle or guinness.
