AF is super light?

So this is day three of AF and I have yet to use a tampon. Just a pantyliner. (I don't have any doubts that this is AF.) Does anyone else ever get really light periods?

    I've gotten super light periods, but that was right after BCPs.

    yes.  definitely red flow?  If it's not red flow, it might just be spotting.

    I just started online charting, so I can't post my previous chart. 3 days ago i went to the bathroom, on what would have been cd26 and 10dpo, and there was a "gush" of red flow. But that was it. Ever since, just light pink.

    It just seems like too much to be spotting but not enough to be AF. It's weird.

    Yes, my temp dropped. And it dropped super low this morning. Maybe I'm not on CD1 yet? I counted the red flow, even though it was just for a bit, 3 days ago as cd1. Maybe I shouldn't have?

    AF is always light for me.  It began when I was on bcp and has continued.  Some cycles I can mark "M" for a day, but it's mostly just an "L".  I actually went to my gyn about this last summer and she said as long as i was still regular that it was ok.  Too bad light AF doesn't mean no cramps and migraines!

    I was always pretty light on BCP, and my first period since getting off of them (I missed my first one after going off BCP) was REALLY light - I also didn't wear a tampon most of the time! But I suppose it might be my body just readjusting after going off the pill...

     You didn't mention if this is one of your first periods after going off BCP, is it?
