I got the best compliment this AM

I went to a funeral this morning for a close friend and I decided to bring TJ with me so he could say goodbye. He tends to know when it's appropriate to be quiet and reserved without me having to say much and then will ask why everyone was quiet or what have you. So anyways,

We were sitting in the church, in the middle of the Church but on the end of a pew, juuuust in case, but he was wonderful. Sat and stayed quiet and didn't even go into his backpack. He started rubbing my back when I pooled up, it was so sweet. There was another woman here who I didn't know who had a 2 year old who was fine as far as I could see, but she did have to take her out of the Church- hey it happens. After we were leaving the gravesite she tapped me on the shoulder and told me that I was the most put together mom she had ever seen.

How nice was that?! I am so far from it, but the fact that I apparently do have my sh!t together when we leave the house makes me feel pretty darn good. Now TJ is engrossed in his play doh and I have got to make lunch! Just wanted to share
