I can't believe my youngest child is a "whole hand" old!

He opted not to have a kid party, but the family is coming over for dinner, cake, and presents tonight.

I'm feeling a little old myself!

Oh, wow!  Hadn't thought of the half-decade thing!  Sheesh!

My DD will be 9 in a few weeks and she's already excited about the "decade" thing for next year.
