The first day of school.  I have TWICE as many kids as I started with last year.  Yowza.  But they're suuuuuper cute and they were really sweet.  Hopefully it'll stay that way.

I am glad you survived.  Yesterday was the first day I had my students for a full day.  Man was I tired last night!

Enjoy the school year!  I'm taking this year off to stay home with both kiddos...so I have to enjoy it while it lasts )  Stacie...do you run your classroom with an early childhood teacher personality (does that make sense)?  I picture you singing a lot of songs, doing a lot of fine/gross motor and speech type activities with your students just like I do with mine.

We do lots and lots of singing and dancing.  I love it.  I do co-teach with a GenEd teacher.  So it's a good balance. 

Enjoy your year off.  That sounds like a dream!
