Infertility

How much is a FET?

I know every RE is different but was just curious as to how much a FET was compared to IVF.

Like many, we pay completely OOP so I'm hoping it's less.

Thanks girls!

Can you believe mine billed insurance for over $8,500 and got paid on it?  It pisses me off!  No wonder insurance is so expensive!

Yep it is unreal how sick it is! They took double out of my 20K LIFETIME max. We asked them today if they could let us pay OOP and not run it through insurance and they said by law they couldn't. If you have insurance, they have to use it. ?

This is strange...and it might vary by state, but my clinic wouldn't submit my IVF to insurance...we had to do it and pay up front for the IVF.  They said it varies so much on what insurance will cover that they just like payment up front.
