my first round of Clomid. YAY! Now I know it prob won't work the first month and I am prepared for that, however it took forever for this to finally get here so I feel like this is a major milestone! I start it next cycle days 5-9. Anyone wanna give me pointers..I'm all ears. We also have our first Shady Grove Fertility appointment on Sept 1st. I guess something else I am excited about is my clomid prescription was on $9. I was sure it was gonna be $90 or something. Kinda on clown 9 right now.

i had to use the pharmacy at the hospital i work for. it was $25

i suggest taking at night just before bed.  side fx for me were headaches migraines, night sweats, sore boobs, and i didnt O on 50 or 100 mg .  boo for me.  oh and i had the clomid crazies. seriously couldnt think straight sometimes. it was weird.  sorry dont want to freak you at if that is sharing to much. it was just my experience

but it seems to work great for many ladies.

Congrats!!  You never know some woman have gotten pregnant on their first round of clomid.  So it might happen for you too!

I agree w/ these ladies.... it works differently for everyone.  I just finished round 2 last week.  Definitely take it at night.... due to s/e.  I didn't have the s/e of sore boobs, but I did have the hot flashes & mood swings.  I cried at the drop of a dime!
