Tylenol and a nap. The first one is the hardest - congrats on getting through it! I got headaches fr the first few days and then they tapered off - I hope it gets better for you!
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Sorry I didn't get a headache from mine. I was really nervous about the injection too! The needle was huge and they kept saying, "Make sure you're totally relaxed. This will really hurt if you tense up."
Glad it went well. I have migraines to begin with and my RE didn't want me taking my migraine meds while in the middle of an IVF cycle. So, I tried Tylenol a few times and it didn't do anything so I just dealt with them. Hopefully yours will get better!
Congrats on getting through the first one! After my first one, I couldn't believe I did it!
Oh, Baby Bean! We will always miss you! With us for 6w3d -- June 9, 2008. 2 years of TTC, Seeing RE Feb 09, 2 medicated TI cycles - BFNs, 3 medicated IUIs - BFNs, back to medicated TI cycles until IVF approval, IVF approved in March 2010. BFP on last medicated TI cycle.
No real advice on the headache. You can try sleeping it off but for me, sometimes I would still have it when I woke up. I seriously think I had a headache continuously for about 7 days this cycle. I just suffered through it.
