Ok so I posted earlier with all the details about my visit to the RE today...but just want to run the plan by you ladies and make sure you think it sounds reasonable before I start the meds tonight (I guess I take as much stock in your opinions as I do my Drs
)...
Last cycle I did 100 mg of Clomid+Ovidrel+TI+progesterone. Produced 3-4 mature follies, had lining of 6 the day before trigger.
This month since 100 mg thinned my lining, RE said to do 50 mg of Clomid+Ovidrel+IUI+progesterone. He thought Femera wouldn't up my chances b/c most people only produce 1 follie on it, and I'm not ready for injectibles after only 1 treatment cycle.
Does this sound reasonable?

Re: Does This Sound Right To You?
I say it doesn't hurt to see if the smaller dose does not effect your lining as much, you may not produce as many follicles, but 1-2 is all you really need anyway and the IUI may be just what is needed.
Good luck!
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Because we're fancy like that.
Did he give you estrogen patches to start the day of trigger?
Femara is typically a "quality over quantity" drug so many women do only get one follie. However, it doesn't thin the lining. So...
