Weird cycle after a clomid and/or progesterone one?

Last cycle was my first clomid + HCG trigger cycle. I also took progesterone supps 7dpo-14dpo, and got AF 18dpo.

This cycle I am not on any meds and it is starting off really whacky. Fairly noraml AF cd 1-5. Very minimal spotting cd 6 (can be normal for me). However, yesterday and today (cd 7-8) I am having light bleeding or heavy spotting -- I don't know what to call it. Too much for a pantyliner, though, and it is reddish colored. My bbs are also STILL sore.

Since this is a break cycle I'm not stressing about it, but I wanted to know if anyone had a weird cycle following meds? I'm wondering if the hormones are still lingering in my system and freaking my body out or something?

I am on my second Clomid cycle and I had the same issues (granted, i am still taking the meds, but I had the same breakthrough bleeding randomly (mine was cd10)  The doc said not to worry about it and I am chalking it up to just a sucky side effect of messing with my hormones.

Same here.  I asked the nurse this one after my second clomid cycle.  She said the wacky cycle was due to all of the horomones. I had a heavy cycle after the first clomid cycle and then a really light one this last time.

Thanks, that's what I figured! It's reassuring to know others have felt like their hormones were all crazy after taking these drugs.
