Achy lower abdomen

I have a desk job and stomach feels really achy and heavy today. Normal?

Yep. For the last couple of days I have had achiness as well as a few sharp pains in my lower abs. Growing pains. Totally normal.

Yeah me too. Kinda weird to finally feel something in my belly area, reminds me that I'm pregnant when I am feeling not so pg that day!

I usually try to down a bottle of water and that helps with the aches.

I've been having it for a few days but today its worse. Kind of freaks me out, but I know its just growing pains.
