and said to keep on the same dose of stims for today and tomorrow and to come back on Wed for an ultrasound and bloodwork.. I guess that's a good thing? He doesn't say much.....

That's a good thing.  If anything wasn't working well they would adjust the dose, make you come in for u/s tomorrow and give you more info.

I posted the same thing when I was cycling and overanalyzing everything!

It's a good thing   I actually stayed on the same dosage for 10 days of stims.  I would have had about 17 eggs but didn't get to do ER b/c of failed mTESE

thanks ladies! I just really don't know what to expect because this is our first time going through it..

does your RE typically give you more info or do you have to ask for it? When my RE called, I got up to close my office door and by the time I sat down, I was off the phone with him already... lol he didn't give me any numbers or anything.. not sure if most do?

After my u/s I would sit down with the IVF nurse and go over how many follicles I had.  Then, I would go for blood work.  Every day around 4 I would get the call to let me know what my E2 level was and what to do with my meds dose.  I had a sit down mid-stimming with my RE to talk over my progress and talk about when he thought I would trigger and have my ER.

I was at cornell and they don't give you much info - the RE's kept saying everything was great.  I would always try to read the computer screen while waiting for the Dr. to come to room to do u/s
