DC meltdown - from toddlers to 2's

So today is the first day of the "fall" semester at DC.  So I was supposed to bring them to the new class but they didn't want to go.  They ran to their toddler teachers room and started sobbing LOUDLY.  Then clung to my legs when I was about to leave.  Sad   I felt so bad - I started tearing up.

What a lousy way to start Monday.

    Ugh -- that is a rotten way to start the week.  Hang in there -- they might cry for this week, but I bet once you were out the door, they had a great time in their new "big kid" class!

    One nice thing about 2 year olds, is you can usually talk about things like this and help psych them up/remind them of the fun they will have tomorrow.
