Had clomid u/s check up today, I have a question about lining

I'm on CD13 today, I had 3 possible follies with 2 dominating at 18.5mm, 16.6mm and 13.8mm, this is good BUT my lining was only 4.4.

Anyone know how much they tend to thicken per day? I'm afraid that it will be too thin and iui will have to be cancelled. I don't seem to have any hope for this cycle now =(

Started TTC in August 2007, 1st BFP March 2008, natural m/c April 11th, 2008. 2nd BFP 1/1/09, diagnosed with possible ectopic 1/16/09, got Methotrexate shot 1/18/09. On Bromocriptine to balance my high prolactin levels (thanks to tiny brain tumor) that messes with my body. Long cycles and unexplained infertility suck monkey balls! July 09- Clomid 50mg HCG shot TI prog. supps= negative. August 09- Clomid 50mg HCG shot IUI prog. supps=negative. September 09- Clomid 50mg HCG shot b2b IUI's prog. supps: negative. October 09- Clomid 100mg HCG b2b IUI's prog.supps: negative. November 09- cycle cancelled due to cyst.... IVF is next.... December 09- Beginning of IVF, Lupron, BCP's Jan-Feb 10- IVF retrieved 6 matured eggs, all fertilized, 2 transferred, 1 lost, 3 frozen= BFP! betas: 8dp5dt (13dpo)= 176, 11dp5dt (16dpo)= 728! October 2010: Boy/Girl twins born. Now... trying to get fit!

    Hey sweets!

    Can you ask about estrogen supplements?  My RE gave me estrogen last cycle and that helped the lining a TON!

    I think they want it around 8 by the time for trigger or right b4 ovulation.

    My doc said at least 6 or higher when I went on saturday mine was 9 and he said great! I had 4 follies 22,16,18, and 13. I know all of this is crazy, it is starting to drive me nutz!! But we have to be strong :0)

    My RE's nurse said it needed to be at least 7 to do an IUI. I don't know the rate of how quickly it can/should increase. I hope your lining does though especially since you had a very good response to Clomid. GL!

    have you tried all of the homeopathic options too?  like pom juice?  anything is worth a try :)  good luck!

    I could have sworn your u/s was scheduled for Friday.  I paged you a few times, hoping to hear about the results.  Nevertheless, it's good to hear about the follies.  P4 would thicken your uterine lining. 

    I truly hope this IUI results in a BFP.  Good Luck!  I'll be rooting for you.

    I have been drinking pom juice but apparently it doesn't work for me =(

    I did have one on Friday and one today, you were right! I was so busy with work I didn't have a chance to bump =(

    Yeah they did grow the average of 2mm per day. From Friday to Monday they went like this: 12mm to 18mm, 10mm to 16mm. The other one I'm not really counting but it went from 9mm to 13mm.

    that was exactly what I had when I got pg with twins (my follies wer 17 and 18 though)...

    unfortunately it didn't end well for us but it's definitely possible

    I have had the same problem with lining.  Try pom juice, ask about the estrogen pills and accupuncture.  The estrogen pills really helped me and as far as I can tell, no additional side effects!
