IVF#1=BFP!! Twins!!
Bradley and Billy born and lost on 2/2/11 at 19w2d due to pPROM/PTL. I miss you, little angels.
IVF#2=BFN
IVF#3=c/p IVF#4=Empty Follicle Syndrome; 1 mature, fertilized, & made it to blast. 5dt of "the lone ranger" on 9/6. Please stick, little one!
Help me plan a course of action...WWYD?

Just had my HSG on Friday and all is clear so the only thing I have now is High FSH and unexplained IF. DH could populate the earth (My RE's quote).
RE recommended going straight to IVF ASAP b/c of my high FSH but we'd be OOP. I have the money for a cycle but it's our life savings and in this economy, we want to have a cushion.
Should I try a few Clomid/IUI cycles (also OOP) to take advantage of the increased pregnancy rates that come after HSGs or just go to IVF?

it's hard to say.. me personally would prob go right to IVF.. does your RE's office have some type of payment plan so you don't have to pay it all at once and clear our your savings??
My RE said we could try IUI but we prob would not have much success... so we jumped right to IVF.. but it's different for us because we are not OOP...
