Back from 1st IUI!!!!

Hello Ladies,

I just got back from my first IUI. It went well and better than I thought. The whole procedure took about 25 mins. My doc wants me to relax this week and let things in my body settle, so that means no working out for me

Its ok it is well worth it. I will start my workout agian on Saturday that should be plenty of time? Has anyone been told not to workout after IUI?

Now lets hope I get a BFP in two weeks!!!!!! I want to wish everyone who is having an IUI GOOD LUCK & TAKE IT EASY.

My RE said I could do whatever it was I was doing before.  He said the only reason he would not suggest it is if I blamed the exercise on not getting a BFP.  I have exercised through all 4 of my IUI's.

I never worked out after my IUI's but that is just me being crazy thinking I would mess something up.

I will take it easy for the whole week, I dont want to mess things up. My doctor told me no running or aerobics and when I do start in a couple days no classes just bike or cross trainer.

I go to South Jersey Fertility, has anyone been?

Hi!

I, too, had my first IUI this cycle.  I was told no bouncing or heavy lifting.

yes thw 2 ww is gonna suck but gotta wait and im not taking a test at home I will wait until i see the doctor...

So what is the progestrone blood work for? Will they tell me my results of that? What do the results mean?
