My license plates are about up from NC and I need to get my car registered here. Its financed and from what I can tell its 46.50 to register it, 24.00 for a license. Do I need to pay to have the title transfered and how much is an inspection here? Also I have lightly tinted windows, is that an issue here in Jersey?

inspection are free here if you to mvc inspection station. You can go to private inspection place (gas station) and pay 30-60 bucks depending on place. Don't know how much title transfer fee is. Hth https://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Vehicle/moving_to_nj/index.htm
