This is an AWESOME day for me!!!!!!!!! I stepped on the scale today and met my goal of 35lbs by Oct 1st!!!!!!!!! I am so happy I could cry right now! I hope to continue to lose weight because lets face it - I NEED TO! But it makes me so happy to know that if I set my mind to something I can accomplish anything! I thought this was impossible but it truly isn't!!!!! Thanks to all my Fluffy Mamas for their support and anyone else that might have supported me - ESPECIALLY MOO!!!

Thanks girls! I won't say I "look great" yet but I look better then I did and I feel better. I feel my health is better and that is what is most important! I still have a long way to go but it feels good to meet both goals I set out to accomplish! Time to move on to the next one! :-)

Congratulations!

I think I need to join "Fluffy Mamas" too. I started Atkins 10 days ago and am now down 7 lbs out of the 50 lbs I need to lose. Support, encouragement and accountability help SO much. Dh is going to start tomorrow and that will help me too.
