I've always tried to avoid any type of meds like that, just because I'm paranoid about drying up, but did take Claritin a few times when it was really bad.

I take Claritin sometimes. I haven't noticed a dip in supply.

Do not take sudafed! It's safe to take, but the last time I tried it, it took me 4 days of nursing/pumping to bring my milk supply back up.
