I also have a form of STS. Work was only in dire emergencies and I would go on a different floor. Hey! The other people on different floors did the same thing!
No only at home. However I work in a dental office and for some odd reason we have several patients a day sh*t after walking in the door. I don't get it can't you do it before you leave home or wait a hour until you get back home? I swear we clean our bathroom at work 3x a day it's cleaner then my bathroom at my home. Ughhhh makes me want to barf.. we don't have a fan in there either!
It's funny, going at work (where we have private bathrooms, not stalls) is much more appealing now that my at home option means either having DD want to hold my hands, sit on my lap, sit on the floor, or cry outside the door!
LOL, I'll pretty much go anywhere. It just doesn't bother me one bit (unless it's a really nasty PUBLIC restroom, then I'll wait to at least get to a NICER public restroom!!).

Like a wise powder room attendant in New orleans once told me "If you gots to shitt, you gots to shitt."
yes. Not worth a stomach ache to hold it.
