bad reaction to haircolor- is this normal?

I have been getting my hair highlighted with foil for a while now. The past 2 times she put a bit of low light on my scalp to cover som greys- my nat color. I had my hair done yesterday and last night my scalp was red, oozing and all over gross looking where she did that. The same thing happened 8 weeks ago also the day after a color, but honestly (Gross I know) I though I had dry scalp that I scratched enough in my sleep to break the skin. I had used Tgel shampoo and it was finally healing and now yellow oozing scalp again.

This happens when I get my bleached. If it is just a normal color like brown, i would think that would not be normal.

tatoos?? No, It was just a brown color
