I'm fuming right now, here's the story... 2 wks ago DH bought a scooter-like a Vespa thing- We bought it on Monday night, DH drove it home and realized it had an issue. So he parked it in the garage at home (since the place was closed) and then drove it back up there the next day. They agree something is not right, tear it apart and say "wow, in the 5 years we've sold these this is the first I've seen this issue." blah blah blah. They said they had to order a part for it and then it'd be good as new. DH went up there a few times to see whats going on with it and check in to see the progress, then gets a call yesterday at 5:30-his scooter is ready he can come get it today So he went up there today at lunch to get it. Gave the manager the keys to the rental scooter they loaned him and got the keys to his scooter-the manger left right away (WITH THE KEYS to the old scooter) and DH started his scooter, it idled for a min and then died. So he started it again, gave it a little gas and it died again. He had the tech come out- the tech did the EXACT same thing DH did but it didn?t die on him, he was able to drive off. So they kept the scooter AGAIN to see what?s wrong AGAIN. HOWEVER. since the guy took the rental keys-DH was stranded. He had to call a friend to come pick him up....
I'm pissed!!! We financed it through them, and paid a down pmt...and the scooter is a POS. BTW--it's BRAND NEW, not used. I want to tell them to cancel the loan, give us our money back and shove the scooter up their azz!!!!

That's what I was thinking--- either give us a NEW scooter or take it all back and full refund.
Their customer service SUCKS there and they are dumber than a box of rocks!! I'm so frustrated.
